As my fiancée and I sat down this weekend to make our honeymoon plans, it was nearly impossible to decide on a destination. There are so many beautiful and romantic destinations in the world, how could we choose?
Here are four of our top picks for honeymoon destinations:

1. Most Affordable: Key West, Florida
Deciding to take a honeymoon in the states can really help save money on airfare and other fees. My fiancée has always loved Key West and we know this is a place we could really stretch our budget. Between Margaritaville, the beautiful beaches, amazing snorkeling, and finest seafood, what more could we ask for?

2. Best Beaches: Aruba
Considered to be one of the best Caribbean beach vacations, Aruba is a wonderful place to honeymoon. On one side of the coast we can enjoy the seven-mile strip of beach full of activity including snorkeling, kitesurfing, waterskiing, tubing, parasailing and more. Or we can head to the more secluded side of the coast and enjoy a romantic day of privacy and tranquility on Aruba’s uniquely natural beachfronts.
3. Most Romantic: Maui, Hawaii
Maui offers endless activities that would leave us feeling relaxed and in love. Days can be spent admiring crashing waterfalls or enjoying the stunning seascape of rolling waves. We could also spend our days on one of Maui’s “secret” beaches: Secret Cove and Pala’s Secret Beach. Maui also has many adult-only hotels, which feature pampering and romance packages.

4. Dream Destination: Fiji
Although it is out of our price range at this point in our life, our dream destination would be to honeymoon in Fiji. Can you say paradise? Fiji features the most crystal clear sapphire waters, white sandy beaches and luxurious private resorts, most of which are right out of your door (many resorts are actually in the water). There would be no better place to have a secluded, romantic honeymoon to fulfill our wedding dreams. Guess we will add this one to our bucket list for now.
