The red ink may be blurry and a little smudged, but I now have a Cuba stamp in my passport.
On May 31, 2016, I sailed past the El Faro del Morro (lighthouse) into Cuba’s Havana Harbor.
The sun was rising in the sky as our ship sailed to the San Francisco terminal.
My first visit to Cuba was via the Adonia cruise ship, by the new social impact cruise brand fathom. It was the line’s third time of sailing into Havana.
Soon, we were docked and making our way through Cuba immigration.
This visit to Cuba increased my Traveler’s Century Club destination count to 105.
